Connecting concepts, work experience, and the capacity to act
Many learning initiatives focus primarily on the transmission of information Yet understanding work and mental health often requires more than acquiring new concepts.
The learning approaches developed here are grounded in the belief that meaningful learning emerges through an ongoing dialogue between concepts and experience.
Drawing on work psychology, the Work Clinic traditions, ergonomics, systemic thinking, and complexity approaches, they invite participants to explore work beyond familiar explanations and to connect theory with the realities of everyday work.
Whether through e-learning programmes or team-based learning and development initiatives, the aim is not only to learn about work and mental health, but also to reflect on lived experience, develop new perspectives, and strenghten the capacity to act.
We develop two complementary approaches :
- E-Learning Design & Development: designing digital learning experiences that connect concepts with real work situations.
- Team Learning & Development: creating participatory learning processes where concepts are explored through the analysis of real work experience and collective dialogue.
