I am a work and organizational psychologist with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in understanding the relationship between work and mental health.

My background combines training in business administration and psychology, including advanced studies in work and organizational psychology. My work is informed by work psychology, systemic thinking, the Work Clinic traditions, and approaches that expore the relationship between individuals, collectives, and their environements.

I have worked across international organizations, consulting firms, public institutions, and the financial sector, including more than a decade of collaboration with the World Health Organization on workplace mental health and learning initiatives.
