Raffaella Dorier CONCEPT is…

Raffaella DORIER is an organizational psychologist. In order to think and act on work, she was trained in Psychology of work and organisations (University of Neuchâtel and Master at University of Lausanne, Switzerland) and has worked for more than 15 years as project manager in a wide variety of organisations : private bank in Geneva, consulting firm in Italy, PwC in Switzerland, public sector in France and International Organisations (United Nations and WHO) in Geneva. 

This real work experience has given her a vast knowledge of various environments, organisations and cultures but also an understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and teams at work. 

She has enriched her tools by expertise in Project Leadership, Management and Communications (ESI International/George Washington University, London), in coaching and team building (Transformance/Vincent Lenhardt), in systemic and strategic approach and psychotherapy (IGB MRI Palo Alto) and in Ericksonian hypnosis (Hypsos Institute). 

Since 2014 she has been supporting individuals in their work challenges. She has also been managing projects contributing to efficient and health-protective work eco-systems as well as interventions and training to develop new individual and collective skills and competencies necessary for the ethical and sustainable evolution of work.

Eva Murino, intercultural psychologist

Eva MURINO is an intercultural psychologist, specialist in psychotherapy (Swiss Federation of Psychologists). She is specialized in clinical ethnopsychriatry. She also worked for the United Nations Mission in Kosovo and Canadian NGOs as a therapist for the victims of organized violence. Since 2007, Ms Murino has been the staff psychologist in the Staff Health & Wellbeing Unit at WHO, Geneva. Her clinical approach integrates the individual, collective and contextual dimensions of the realities that individuals encounter.

Raffaella Dorier CONCEPT and Ms Murino have been developing, for WHO, workplace health prevention projects that take into account the staff and the complexity of their work ecosystem.


CITÉ

CITÉ is an association (Collectif Interdisciplinaire pour la Transformation Éthique des Écosystèmes Socio-économiques) pooling a trans-disciplinary dynamic of skills in intercultural psychology, work psychology, ergonomics, sociology, anthropology, organizational engineering, complex situations/projects management , systemic modeling, education learning. CITÉ is founded by experts and research-professors (IPST-Conservatoire National des Arts et des Métiers and Institut National Polytechnique Toulouse) and develops research activities, education and training methodologies, publication and lectures to produce knowledge and experimentations to help ethically transform work eco-systems.

IPST-CNAM in Toulouse is hosted by the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse (Toulouse INP), founder of the Advanced Master « Eco-engineering » dedicated to complexity education, and the Conservatoire des Arts et des Métiers Toulouse. IPST-CNAM is a public University of Higher Education and Continuing Vocational Training, which has been carrying out for more than fifty years qualifying training for the benefit of employees in different areas such as, communication & management, occupational health & Safety.

The engineering, consulting, research and teaching activity of AJYR is, since 1984, dedicated to the development of ethics. The skills and practices deployed are linked to carbon engineering, educational engineering, support for organizations in interdisciplinary mediation and in thinking and acting in complexity, combining engineering and social sciences.


Laurence Pirens Project Management Coaching

Laurence Pirens has a solid experience in project and change management, working with teams for more than 15 years. Certified project manager (PMP®) and coach (ACC, CPCC), she brings the technical and human side together to accompany teams in navigating through change.  Laurence is passionate about developing intelligent and successful teams. Convinced of the synergies team members can generate, her added value is to bring the experts around the table, create a constructive, open and collaborative environment, where project teams can learn from each other, develop and deliver together. Trained facilitator, she accompanies teams in their development and she also delivers bespoke programs and workshops to create sustainable changes in organisation and in people’s life. She has developed coaching programs for individuals focusing on their unique potential to create the change they want for themselves. She participated in leadership programs for women and high potentials.
