Create an human and efficient world of work

The sustainability of working world is played out not only at the level of economic performance, but also at the level of individuals and teams, in their ability to :

  • create human, healthy and efficient organisations and therefore,
  • modify the organisation of work in this direction,
  • mobilize themselves through a collective meaning,
  • use diversity to understand and analyse working situations in order to generate efficient and innovative solutions.

Work is a complex system that requires a cross-fertilization of views and a systemic approach to navigate within it.

The specificity and the originality of our trainings and interventions come therefore from the crossed view of many fields : project management, work psychology, coaching, intercultural psychology, complexity engineering, team building, educational engineering, ergonomics. Raffaella has the ability to build up a multidisciplinary pedagogical team, with partners sharing the same engagement, in order to propose relevant interventions to address the complexity of work situations.

Any dysfunction at work is an opportunity to transform work, to reactivate individual and collective resources, to learn to think and act in complexity.

Transforming work involves :

  • learning to think in a systemic way integrating complexity: developing competencies to read and understand differently working situations;
  • the use of diversity as a resource: openness to different points of view and thus the ability to understand and use alternative interpretations of working situations;
  • developing reflexivity about oneself (one’s own constructions, one’s own affiliations) and one’s activity;
  • learning how teams work, the frameworks and tools needed to create a working environment built on trust and openness, foundation of cooperation;
  • the possibility of questioning the meaning of work.

Raffaella Dorier Concept’s activities are all based on this concept and designed to contribute to the transformation of work by placing the essential, ethics and the development of human being, at the heart of the work.
