Support for organisations in environmental transition
Two individual sessions per participant, 2 days collective work sessions per hierarchical groups (staff, management and direction), 20 participants per group, 1 day transversal collective session with the three groups
In line with the company’s environmental transition strategy, the intervention aims at developing cooperation between the different identified actors involved (work teams, managers, directors, clients and suppliers), in order to facilitate the engagement in the environmental transition. This programme aims at developing the potential of each actors in the transition process, at encouraging cross-functional cooperation, at developing a collective sense of environmental responsibility and thus contributing to the sustainability of the organisation.
For teams
Support to teams deployed on the field for complex interventions
Individual and collective work sessions, on a defined period of time, corresponding of the company field missions
Individual and collective sessions are performed with staff members deployed on the field for specific missions. Due to the high complexity of work situations, these sessions focus on:
- understanding the specific work eco-system,
- reconnecting with recognized personal ressources,
- constructing meaning in order to maintain health during and after missions,
- helping constructing collectively a healthy and efficient work eco-systems.
For staff
Awareness raising training on integrating health and efficiency in complex work environments
3 days collective training sessions & 2 individual sessions per participant, one follow-up collective session after 3 months, designed for groups of 20 staff members
This training aims to provide staff with basic knowledge and tools to understand the relationship between efficiency and health at work, and therefore to promote a healthy workplace. Participant will develop the following specific individual and collective competencies to work efficiently in complex environment: reflexivity, personal development to understand own values and limits, cooperation and collective intelligence, ethical commitment, agility & psycho-social anchorage. An introduction to systemic project management is also deliver to help participants to develop efficient actions on the work eco-system, to introduce innovation and interdisciplinary.

Cultural diversity : an asset for the cooperation at work
One day collective training session designed for groups of 20 managers
The aim of this training is to strengthen the participants’ psychological anchorage, which is the basis of the ability to cooperate in a diverse work environment, by identifying different cultural affiliations (personal and professional). Cooperation at work will be experienced using diversity in order to produce innovative solutions.
