5 individual WorkLab sessions over 2 months

While benefiting from the work psychologist’s listening and view, you will be brought, during this programme, to :

  • use specific tools that will be proposed to you,
  • exercise your observation and reflexivity between WorkLab sessions,
  • experiment new strategies for action.

This process, designed in a time frame that respects your path, will lead you to :

  • Understand your activity and your work system with the tools of psychology, ergonomics and complexity engineering in order to enrich your own perception of your work situations;
  • Become aware of your subjective approach to work;
  • Trigger a reflexivity on your own constructions and affiliations (professional and personal) that define your way of understanding work situations;
  • Reveal & make use of your resources, your values and also your limits;
  • Become aware of your power of action;
  • Create sustainable, efficient and self-respecting strategies.

Price: 750 chf (5 WorkLabs over 2 months)

The organization of the WorkLab sessions will be defined with you, in order to be able to take into account the time you will need between the different sessions. This time is essential for the consolidation of the work done through the programme.
