Perceived changes in teams
- The ability to recognize the actual health status and then engage with new decisions and strategies that will protect health, through modification of ways of working
- The ability to recognize and to identify different logics, ways of thinking
- The ability to de-center from one’s own perspective and therefore, see the reality with “new eyes”
- The feeling of being able to access a support network who has shared a common experience
- A better sense of well being
- The ability to represent the work eco-system and to find ways of navigating/acting in it

Individual perceived changes
Perceived changes at the level of the organisation
- Another way of conceiving the work that includes the human aspect of the activity
- The ability to make visible what is usually not visible in the work situations
- Use of the methodologies proposed in the intervention in order to analyse work situations and find new ways of resolving the challenges
- A change in the conception of work, usually build up in “silos”. Ability to see the interconnections and the need for multiple views in order to work efficiently
- Integration of the notion of “time” in the ways of working : the time of reflexion, the time to take a distance, the time to consider the “sense / meaning” of the action
